ClubGG Join Guide

How to Join ClubGG — The 4-Step Deep Poker Flow

Joining ClubGG the traditional way involves chasing a Telegram agent, manually hunting for club IDs, and negotiating deposits with a stranger. Deep Poker replaces that with a guided 4-step flow inside your Deep panel. Each step unlocks only after the previous one is complete, so the sequence stays accurate and nothing gets skipped.

The prerequisite: you need a Deep Poker account first — the flow runs inside the Deep panel. Registration is email plus password, no phone, no KYC. Under a minute.

No phone number. No KYC. No Telegram middleman.

The 4 steps, in order

Follow the steps below in order. This is a guided flow — each step unlocks only after the previous one is completed.

Step 1: Download & register in ClubGG

Install the ClubGG app and create your ClubGG account.

Download ClubGG from the App Store, Google Play, or the Windows client at clubgg.net. Mac users can install the iOS version from the Mac App Store — there is no dedicated Mac desktop client.

Open the app and register with an email address. Pick a username — this is your display name at every table inside every ClubGG club and union. Your username is visible to opponents, so treat it like a screen name you'd be comfortable with long-term.

ClubGG itself is free to install and use — the platform runs as a social-gaming layer. The real-money layer is handled at the agent-panel level, which is where Deep Poker comes in during the steps that follow.

Step 2: Enter and save your ClubGG ID on Deep

Copy your ClubGG ID from the app and save it to your Deep account. This is the step that links your Deep account to your ClubGG identity so the rest of the flow can work.

Inside the ClubGG app, open the Me section — it's typically at the bottom-right of the app's bottom navigation. Your ClubGG ID is displayed directly under your username. The format is four digits, dash, four digits: like 1111-1111.

Return to your Deep Poker panel on deep.poker. On the ClubGG join flow, paste your ClubGG ID into the Save ClubGG ID field exactly as it appears in the app — including the dash. Click save.

This is the gating step. Until you save your ClubGG ID on Deep, Steps 3 and 4 are locked on the flow. Deep needs the ID to route club invitations and approvals to the correct ClubGG account — without it, the rest of the process can't begin.

Tip: the ClubGG ID is always in the format 1111-1111. Four digits, a dash, four more digits. Copy with the dash intact — Deep validates the format on save.

Step 3: Join the club from your Deep panel

Pick a club from the list Deep shows you, click Join to Club, and ClubGG opens with the club-join action preloaded.

With your ClubGG ID saved, the club selector on Deep becomes active. Deep displays the clubs you can access through its agent-panel relationships — currently spanning the Massiv Union (via BSB Massiv), TMT Union, and TiNY Poker Union.

Pick the club you want to play in. If you're not sure which one fits your style, the decision helper on the Deep ClubGG Unions hub covers the tradeoffs, or check the individual union guides linked from there.

Click Join to Club. This opens the ClubGG app with the join-request action pre-prepared — you don't need to search for the club ID by hand or enter a referral code manually. Submit the request from inside ClubGG.

Not sure which club to pick? See the ClubGG Unions hub — a side-by-side comparison of Massiv, TMT, and TiNY Poker with a decision helper.

Step 4: Confirm I Joined back on Deep

After you've joined the club inside the ClubGG app, return to Deep and click I Joined to submit your approval request.

Once your join request is in inside ClubGG, return to your Deep panel and click the I Joined button at the bottom of the flow. This tells Deep's agent panel to process your approval.

Approval typically lands within minutes during business hours. You'll see the club's status change from pending to active in your Deep panel, and from that point forward the club lobby is accessible inside ClubGG.

If approval is taking noticeably longer than expected, check your Deep support channel — the agent panel handles individual approval routing, and any delay usually traces back to something specific (a typo in the ClubGG ID, a timing issue on the union's end) that support can resolve directly.

After you're approved — deposit, transfer, play

The 4-step flow ends when your approval lands. From that point forward, everything is handled through Deep's ongoing workflow:

Deposit to your Deep balance

Deposit any supported cryptocurrency into your Deep Poker account. 8 coins (USDT, BTC, USDC, ETH, BNB, TRX, TON, DOGE) and 5 USDT networks (TRC20, BEP20, TON, ERC20, Arbitrum). $1 minimum. Zero platform fees. No KYC. Most deposits credit in minutes.

Transfer chips into the club

From your Deep panel, transfer from your Deep balance into the specific club you joined. Chips land on your ClubGG account inside that club — effectively instant once ClubGG's chip system processes the transfer. If your club is part of a union (Massiv, TMT, or TiNY Poker all are), the chips give you access to the entire shared union lobby, not just the individual club.

Sit down and play — rakeback accrues automatically

Pick any table at your stake. Every hand you play earns rakeback into the 6-tier Deep ladder — 25% at Bronze, climbing through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, up to 50% at Legend. Lifetime cumulative thresholds, weekly automatic payouts into your Deep balance. No manual claim, no agent negotiation.

Cash out when you want

Transfer from the club back to your Deep balance, then withdraw to any wallet you specify. Standard Deep withdrawal SLA: 1 hour typical, 24 hours absolute maximum. $10 minimum, no cap, zero platform fees. All 8 cryptos supported.

Why the guided flow exists — what it replaces

For years, the only way to join a ClubGG club has been through a Telegram agent. That flow looks like this:

  1. Find a Telegram agent for the club you want (often from forum recommendations, often unvetted).
  2. Message them, explain which club you want to join, and wait for a reply.
  3. Negotiate real-money terms: what crypto you'll deposit, to which wallet they control, at what exchange rate, with what rakeback percentage.
  4. Send crypto to the agent's wallet and hope the chips land on your ClubGG account.
  5. Withdrawals run the same path in reverse — request to agent, they send from their wallet, when they get around to it.

This model works when the agent is trustworthy. It fails — sometimes catastrophically — when the agent is not. The entire trust burden sits on you verifying someone you've never met.

The Deep flow replaces steps 1–5 with a published platform. Deep is an official agentfor the unions that cover most of the ClubGG US/Canada side (Massiv, TMT) and the Taiwan-rooted side (TiNY Poker). Deposits, withdrawals, rakeback, and club approval all run on Deep's platform with visible transaction history — not on a stranger's Telegram memory.

For clubs Deep does not represent, the traditional Telegram-agent route is still how things work. If you're going that direction, the 7-point agent-verification checklist is the minimum due diligence before sending anyone money.

Which clubs can I join through Deep's flow?

Clubs inside the three ClubGG unions Deep is an official agent for:

  • Massiv Union (via BSB Massiv) — the largest US-based union on ClubGG, 31,000+ players, full poker format spread (NLH, PLO4/5/6, Hi-Lo, Short Deck), stakes up to $5/$10 USD, 100K-chip Sunday guarantee, VPIP-required and bomb-pot tables.
  • TMT Union (Time Machine Tables) — second-largest US-focused union, NLH-first specialization, stakes up to $10/$20 USD, deeper-stacked ring games, organized MTT series, second-biggest Bad Beat Jackpot on ClubGG.
  • TiNY Poker Union — emerging Taiwan-rooted union, TWD chip system (1 chip = 1 Taiwan dollar), light-stakes Hold'em focus with two PLO5 tables, daily tournaments, $240K USD Bad Beat Jackpot.

Because ClubGG unions share a single lobby across all their member clubs, joining any one club within a union gives you access to the full union's tables and tournaments — which means the clubs Deep can get you into unlock meaningfully more than just the immediate club.

Troubleshooting the flow

Step 2 won't accept my ClubGG ID

The format is exactly 1111-1111: four digits, a dash, four more digits. Check that you copied the dash and didn't accidentally include a space or extra character. If the ID in your ClubGG app appears longer or differently formatted, you're probably looking at a different ID field (like your club ID from a club you're already in) — go back to the Me section in the app and use the ID displayed under your username.

Step 3 didn't open the ClubGG app

On mobile, confirm the ClubGG app is installed and you're logged in — the open-link action requires both. If your phone is set to open unknown links in the browser, you may need to enable "open supported links" for ClubGG in your system settings. On desktop, the Windows client needs to be running in the background. If the button still doesn't open the app, Deep will display the club ID and referral ID so you can join manually from inside ClubGG as a fallback.

Approval is taking a long time after I clicked I Joined

Check that the join request is actually pending on ClubGG's side — go to the Clubs tab in ClubGG and look for the club you requested to join. If it's there and showing as pending, the delay is on the union's approval side and typically resolves within minutes during support hours. If the club isn't in your pending list, Step 3 may not have completed on ClubGG's side — go back and submit the request from inside ClubGG.

I got the club approved but Deep's panel still shows pending

Make sure you clicked the I Joined button in Step 4. Without that click, Deep's agent panel doesn't know you've completed the join on ClubGG's side. If you did click I Joined and the panel is still pending more than a few minutes later, contact Deep support with your Deep account email and the club you were trying to join.

I joined the wrong club by mistake

Contact Deep support. Depending on the club and how far the approval has progressed, they can either cancel the pending request and route you to the correct club, or help you leave the wrong club and start the flow again for the right one. There's no automatic rollback inside the panel, but support can handle the recovery.

Someone on Telegram offered to "speed up" the process

Block them. Deep's guided flow doesn't require a Telegram intermediary at any step — the entire process runs through your Deep panel and the ClubGG app. Anyone offering to "help" with the ClubGG-ID or approval step for a fee is a scammer. See the full agent-verification checklist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to register on Deep Poker before I can start this flow?

Yes. The guided flow runs inside your Deep Poker panel, which means you need a Deep account before Step 1 is visible. Registration is email plus password only — no phone, no KYC, no identity upload — and takes under a minute. Once you're logged in to Deep, the ClubGG join flow appears in your panel.

Where exactly do I find my ClubGG ID inside the app?

Open the ClubGG app and tap the Me section (usually the right-most icon in the bottom navigation). Your ClubGG ID is displayed directly below your username. The format is 1111-1111 — four digits, a dash, four more digits. Copy it exactly as shown, including the dash.

What if I saved the wrong ClubGG ID on Deep?

Open your Deep panel and update the saved ClubGG ID field with the correct value. The club selector will reset to pending. If you already submitted a join request using the wrong ID, contact Deep support — they can cancel the mismatched request and route a new one to the correct account.

Why does Step 2 lock Steps 3 and 4 until it's completed?

Because Deep needs a verified, saved ClubGG ID before it can route your club join-request and approval to the right ClubGG account. If Step 3 could run before Step 2 was saved, Deep would have no way to match you between its own platform and your ClubGG identity. The lock is what keeps the flow accurate.

What happens when I click Join to Club in Step 3?

Deep opens the ClubGG app with the join-request action pre-prepared for the club you selected. You don't need to manually search for a club ID or paste a referral code — those are filled in for you. Submit the request from inside ClubGG and you're done with Step 3.

The Join to Club button didn't open the ClubGG app — now what?

First, confirm the ClubGG app is installed on your device and you're logged in. On mobile, the link should open the app directly; if your device is set to open links in the browser by default, you may need to copy the club ID from Deep and enter it inside ClubGG manually. On desktop, the Windows client needs to be running in the background for the open-link action to work.

Why do I need to click I Joined in Step 4 if ClubGG already approved me?

Clicking I Joined signals Deep's agent panel to process your approval on its side. Even if ClubGG's own approval has landed, Deep needs that confirmation to activate the club in your Deep panel, enable chip transfers, and start tracking your rake for the 6-tier Deep rakeback ladder. Without the I Joined click, Deep doesn't know you've completed the join from its side.

How long does the approval usually take?

Minutes during Deep's and the club's normal business hours. The exact window depends on the club — larger unions like Massiv typically approve faster because their support desk is staffed around the clock; smaller unions may have narrower windows. If you're past a couple of hours with no status change, open a Deep support ticket and they can trace the request.

Can I join more than one club through this flow?

Yes. After you've completed the flow for your first club, you can repeat Step 3 and Step 4 for each additional club you want to access. Your saved ClubGG ID from Step 2 is reused — you don't need to enter it again. Each club approval is tracked independently in your Deep panel.

Which clubs can I access through Deep's panel?

Clubs inside the three ClubGG unions Deep is an official agent for: Massiv Union (via BSB Massiv), TMT Union, and TiNY Poker Union. That covers the majority of the US/Canada side of ClubGG plus the Taiwan-rooted Asian segment. For clubs Deep doesn't represent, you'd need a separate agent — see the agent-verification guide before going that route.

What happens after I'm approved — how do I actually deposit and play?

Once the club status is active in your Deep panel, deposit to your Deep balance in any supported cryptocurrency ($1 minimum, zero platform fees, no KYC). Then transfer chips from your Deep balance into the club through your Deep panel — the chip transfer is effectively instant once ClubGG's own chip system processes it. At that point you can sit at any table in the club's shared union lobby and play. Rakeback accrues to the 6-tier Deep ladder automatically from your first hand.

Do I need to do this whole flow every time I want to play?

No — the flow is per-club, once. After you've completed Steps 1–4 for a given club, you're in for good. Subsequent sessions only need: open ClubGG, sit down. Chip transfers between Deep balance and club balance run through your Deep panel and don't require any additional ClubGG-side approval.

Is there a reason I shouldn't just go the Telegram-agent route instead?

Plenty. The traditional Telegram-agent route requires you to verify the agent yourself, negotiate deposit and withdrawal terms, and trust a stranger with your crypto. When Deep is an official agent for the union you want to play, the platform-driven flow removes every one of those variables. For unions Deep doesn't represent, the 7-point agent-verification checklist is the right starting point before sending anyone money.

I joined a ClubGG club before using Deep — can I move my existing access into this flow?

If the existing club is one Deep represents (Massiv via BSB Massiv, TMT, or TiNY), contact Deep support and they can transfer your existing ClubGG ID into the Deep panel workflow, including rakeback from future play. If the existing club is one Deep does not represent, the flow above is specifically for clubs on Deep's agent-panel relationships — you'd stay on whatever agent you currently use for the other club.
